WHO ARE PAWS & WHISKERS
We offer a wide selection of customisable boxes from our Paws & Whiskers Store or monthly subscription boxes. Each box sold 10 percent of our profits will go to animal welfare.
Each box is full of fun and surprises, with interesting products to entertain your cat or dog for hours. It’s super great value and delivered to your door.
So, whether it’s for a birthday or special occasion, or just because your fur baby is awesome and you want to treat them every month, we’ll deliver the perfect box for you!!
WHATS INSIDE OUR BOXES
A typical monthly subscription box contains between 5-8 items, usually consisting of 1-2 quality toys and 3-4 healthy and natural edible delights. We aim for a mixture of natural chews and tasty bitesize treats, made from healthy ingredients. You can further customise your box each month on subscription if you just by sending us an email to hello@pawsandwhiskers.uk. Most of our dogs are very happy with receiving ‘plush/soft’ toys, but we would advise selecting one of our tough toys if your dog is a bit of a chewer.
Our cat boxes are slightly different they will have approx. 6 items including treats and a luxury toy each month. All our boxes will have a gift too just for paw-parents.

HOW OFTEN DO I PAY FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS?
It’s simple, you will be billed each month.
All subscriptions renew automatically but can be cancelled at any time with no strings attached and no questions asked. Simply log into your account and cancel your subscription. Alternatively, email us at hello@pawsandwhiskers.uk tell us you wish to cancel, quote your subscription reference number and we will cancel your subscription for you.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PAWS & WHISKERS BOX
Subscriptions
Subscribe before (or on) before the 10th of the month and you will receive your first subscription box on our next delivery which is sent out around the 14th – 15th of each month, if you subscribe after the 10th your first box will be in the following month’s delivery. Boxes are delivered to you via Royal Mail approximately 3 – 5 days later.
Gift Boxes
All gift box orders (anything that ISN’T a subscription order) are picked and packed within 1-2 days of ordering and sent out via Royal Mail.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO? WILL YOU DELIVER ABROAD?
DUE TO RECENT CHANGES WE ONLY DELIVER TO THE UNITED KINGDOM, NORTHERN IRELAND, AND THE ISLE OF MAN. We are presently working hard to be in a position again to offer Paws & Whiskers throughout the EU. Please watch this space…
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PLUSH AND TOUGH?
Plush toys are soft and cuddly, absolute perfect for gently play and comfort,. Standard Tough Toys are designed to withstand rough play with durable materials for long lasting fun. However, if dog is an aggressive chewer we would recommend Goughnuts Toys as they are highly recommended for destructive or serious chewer dogs due to their exceptional durability and strength. They are designed to withstand aggressive chewing and are made from tough materials that can endure the strongest of jaws, ensuring a safe and long-lasting play experience for your furry friend.
