Your first box will ship out immediately after you place your order. Each following subscription box will ship 1 month (30 days) following your original order date. It is important to remember that we do not ship on weekends, so if you place an order on Friday after 12:00 noon it will be shipped on the Monday. Within the UK you may receive your package within 2 – 3 working days however, it is not within our direct control, and we cannot be held responsible if a package is delayed for any reason.

Please note that our deliveries do not require signatures, if no one is at the shipping address you provided to accept the package, it will be left at the door. If a package goes missing, is lost, or is stolen, we are not responsible. Please ensure that your package has been tracked, that you are aware of the delivery date, and that you are available to accept your package at the shipping address.

LOST PACKAGES:

If you have received a delivery confirmation email and your Paws & Whiskers package is nowhere to be found, please consider the following:

• Have you checked all delivery locations? Including side entrances, back door, front door, and community mailboxes.
• Have you asked your neighbours if they have seen the Paws & Whiskers package?

In the event of a lost package, please contact us immediately and one of our Paws team will open a claim to help you find it. If your package is deemed lost, we will ship out a new package right away!

Please understand that you are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping address.
